Yes, you can buy Travel Money at any M&S store with a bureau de change counter. Find your nearest branch.

The most currency you can order online in a single transaction is £2500. For higher value transactions, please visit an M&S Travel Money bureau de change counter.

Yes, so we can send your order confirmation, we need a valid email address for online and phone orders.

We need to ask your date of birth to enable security checks, whether you’re ordering currency online or in store. 

No, to keep your order secure, the payment card needs to be your own. When you come to collect your currency, we’ll check the name on your payment card and ID against that on your online order, so they need to match.

If your card is rejected for an online payment, please check the following: 

• Your payment card is set up for online use. 
• The Verified by Visa or 3D Secure checks have been completed.
• You’ve used the same name and address held by your card issuer.  

If your payment is still rejected after checking these details, please contact your card issuer, who should be able to see if there’s a problem with your card. 

If the issue still isn’t resolved, make no further attempts and contact our customer support team.

It’s up to you - you can either print off your confirmation email or show us on your phone or smart device.

You can pick up your click & collect order in as little as 60 seconds* (depending on store opening hours and stock availability), unless you chose a later date when you placed your order. You’ll get an email to let you know when your Travel Money is ready.

*In selected stores, there is a 4pm cut off for same day orders.

When you come to collect your Travel Money, please bring with you: 

Your email order confirmation.

The payment card you used for your order. 

Proof of ID. We can accept: 

• • Passport.
  • UK or EU photocard driving licence (full or provisional). 
  • National ID card. 

You’ll need to collect your order in person. We’re unable to accept any other forms of ID and they’ll need to be the originals (not photos or photocopies). 

We check your ID for click & collect orders to keep your Travel Money secure, making sure we’re handing it over to the right person.

You can either buy your Travel Money from your chosen M&S Travel Money location, or choose click & collect to get our online rates.
