We can’t accept coins, damaged notes or notes with an individual value below £1. We also can’t accept some small denomination notes of certain currencies.

Yes, you will need to bring ID to change Moroccan dirham to pounds. You can bring a passport, full/provisional UK or EU photo card driving licence, or a National ID card.
We can't accept any other forms of identification, and you will need to collect your pounds in person. We will need to see an original valid ID document, so bear in mind that we can’t accept pictures, photocopies, or ID that has expired.
When you collect your pounds, we’ll securely record information from your ID within our systems to ensure we’re compliant with our internal fraud controls.
