How does click & collect Travel Money work?

There’s a box for ordering currency at the top of this page. Just tell us which currency (or currencies - you can order more than one at a time) you need and how much.
Choose when and where
Then, pop in your postcode to find your nearest participating M&S Travel Money location. Choose when you’d like to pick it up, from 60 seconds* to seven days away.
*In selected stores, there is a 4pm cut off for same day orders.

Pay online to complete your order and secure today’s online rate.
Pick up your Travel Money
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order’s ready. Then, all that’s left to do is visit your chosen M&S Travel Money location, pick up your currency and start the holiday feeling.
Collecting your Travel Money order
Here's what you need to bring when you collect your order:

The payment card you paid with (we reserve the right to PIN authenticate the card through our systems. There is no additional charge for this).

Your email order confirmation (either print it off or show us on a smart device).

Proof of identification. Any of these are acceptable:
✓ Passport.
✓ Full/provisional UK or EU photo card driving licence.
✓ National ID card.
We can't accept any other forms of identification, and you will need to collect your order in person.
We will need to see an original valid ID document, so pictures, photocopies, or an expired ID will not be accepted.
On collecting your order, information from your ID will be securely recorded within our systems to ensure we are compliant with our internal fraud controls.
Click & collect FAQs
You can pay for your click & collect order online using your Visa Debit, Maestro / Mastercard Debit Card. To pay with cash, please come and see us at a participating M&S Travel Money location**.
**In-store rates may differ from online rates.
We don’t apply commission fees or card charges to your order. Please note however that your card issuer may impose a ‘cash advance fee’. For more information about cash advance fees or fees associated with buying currency in the UK, please contact your bank.
When you order your Travel Money, you'll get the current online rate. This rate is secured for up to seven days.
You can pick up your click & collect order in as little as 60 seconds* (depending on store opening hours and stock availability), unless you chose a later date when you placed your order. You’ll get an email to let you know when your Travel Money is ready. *In selected stores, there is a 4pm cut off for same day orders.
No, we don’t charge any fees for collecting your Travel Money from your chosen M&S store.

Online, you can order £150 - £2,500 worth of currency. If you need more or less than this, please visit us in a participating store.
