All orders go through security checks, such as contacting you before processing (please note not all customers will receive a call), and your details are encrypted. We work with credit and fraud prevention agencies, sharing details exclusively for the purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions.
We’ll contact you if there’s a problem with your order and process a refund where applicable.

If for any reason (e.g. forgetting your password) your card issuer refuses a payment, please contact them directly.
Payment Problems

- Your payment card is set up for online use.
- The Verified by Visa or 3D Secure checks have been completed.
- You’ve used the same name and address held by your card issuer.
If your payment is still rejected after checking these details, please contact your card issuer, who should be able to see if there’s a problem with your card.
If the issue still isn’t resolved, make no further attempts and contact our customer service team.
