Important information

Please note, only the person who placed and paid for the order will be able to collect it.

When collecting your order, please remember the following:

A valid ID. We can accept:

• Passport. 
• UK or EU photocard driving license (full or provisional). 
• National ID card. 

These are the only forms of ID we can accept, and we’ll need to see the originals - not photos or photocopies.

• The card you used to place your order (both the ID and payment card must have the same name).
• Your order number. This can be found on your confirmation email.

Please note, if you cancel your order, you will be subject to a £15 cancellation fee.

Eligibility criteria:

To be eligible for same day click & collect, you must:

• Be a UK resident.
• Be aged 18 or over.
• Have a valid photographic ID.

Order details

Click & collect orders are subject to a minimum value of £200 sterling equivalent, and a maximum value of £2500 sterling equivalent.

Placing an order

• Select the store you wish to collect your order from (your date will default to the nearest available date).
• Enter your contact details, name, email address and telephone number.
• Enter your payment card details (UK issued card only. You must bring this when collecting your order).
